Ms. Yang Fan joined Lian & Lien IP Attorneys in 2008. She obtained Bachelor in Engineering from Qingdao University, and a Master in Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology. Ms. Yang was admitted as patent agent in 2012.

The main technical field for Ms. Yang is Macromolecular Materials and Engineering and also involved mechanical, electronic, communication, and other fields.
