Ms. Liu Qian joined in the company in 2013, has been engaged in the patent procedure work for 5 years. She mainly cooperates with manager’s management and handling various patent procedure matters at the same time and has accumulated rich experience. 

Ms. Liu has a good command of the prosecution of Chinese Patent Application and PCT international application which related legal procedures. In the past, she assisted manager to handle and solve a lot of problems in the process of application, and provided clients with process of patent application in the legal consultation services.
