Our client is a U.S. famous mobile game developer who entrusted us and transferred the case from a famous law firm to us at the begining of 2017.

Since our client did not agree with the decision made by the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People's Republic of China, we on behalf of them filed an administrative litigation to Beijing Intellectual Property Court. Based on our professional analysis, our trademark attorneys made a strategy which was at the time of filing an administrative litigation，we were also trying to remove conflicts of prior right through administrative procedures.We made elaborate preparations on obtaining evidences, filing litigation documents,directing our client to obtain notarial certifications and attending the court trial. In December, 2017, with our continuous efforts, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court supported our request and issued a verdict.
