Ms. Xu Fang is a joint senior partner of the company, a master's student, a member of the Democratic League of China, and a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Lawyer Xu Fang is a member of the Political Consultative Committee of the 10th Beijing Lawyers' Association, a member of the Financial Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Democratic League, a deputy director of the Women Lawyers' Work Committee of the Dongcheng District Lawyers' Association, a member of the Lawyers' Business Guidance Committee of the Dongcheng District Lawyers' Association, and a visiting professor of Lanzhou City College.
