Ms. LIEN obtained a bachelor degree LL.B from Soochow University and a MIP from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. Ms. LIEN has over 30 years of IP professional experience. She has also ever worked as the Senior IP Advisor at  Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld L.L.P.

  The professinal fields of Ms. LIEN including IPR procurement & management, licensing & enforcement negotiation, dispute resolution, international litigations, transaction of IP rights, drafting and reviewing Chinese and English contracts.
