Ms. XU Fang obtained Juris Master degree, she is the member of China Democratic League and member of the CPPCC(China People's Political Consultative Conference). Ms. XU is also the committee member of the 10th Beijing Lawyer's Association, member of Beijing Finance Commission, vice director of Beijing Dongcheng District Lawyer's Association and the visiting professor of  Lanzhou City University.

Ms. XU has a superb track record in juristal theory fundament and legal practice since she has been engaged in law study and practices for more than 20 years. Ms. XU loves her career, has strong capability of leading a high efficiency law team and got great honor in law field in the past years. Ms. XU served for many famous enterprises and government institutions, such as China Poverty-alleviation Promotion of Volunteer Service, Beijing Shijingshan Municipal Commission of  Development and Reform, Representative Office in Beijing of People’s Government of Gansu Province, Beijing Dongcheng Municipal Education Commission, Sinohydro Renewable Energy Co., Ltd, China National Machinery Industry Corporation Ltd (Sinomach).
